RBIT GLOBAL SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Sales Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Rbit Global (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

Orders can be placed through our official sales channels.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Rbit Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

 

2. PAYMENT TERMS

We operate on a PREPAID-ONLY model.

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping.
    * We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
    * Orders will not be dispatched until payment confirmation is received.
    * In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

 

3. NO RETURNS & LIMITED REPLACEMENT POLICY

All sales are final.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges, except in the following case:

  • The thermal paste syringe is physically damaged internally upon delivery.

 

To request a replacement:

* You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Clear photo/video evidence of the damaged syringe must be provided.
* The product must be unused.

If the damage claim is verified, a replacement unit will be issued. No refunds will be provided.


4. PRODUCT USAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain product quality and performance:

* Always securely close the syringe cap immediately after use.
* Failure to properly close the lid may reduce the product’s shelf life.
* When stored properly in a cool, dry place, the product has a shelf life of up to 3 years from the date of manufacture.


 

5. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

* Keep out of reach of children.
* Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
* Avoid direct contact of the thermal paste with PCB components or unintended electronic areas.
* Use the product strictly as intended.

Rbit Global is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, storage, or application of the product.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rbit Global shall not be liable for:

* Damage to electronic components caused by incorrect application.
* Improper installation or misuse of the product.
* Failure to follow safety or storage instructions.
* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

The user assumes full responsibility for proper installation and usage.


7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We partner with third-party courier services for product delivery.

* Delivery timelines are estimates only.
* Rbit Global is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, natural events, logistical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
* Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.


8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.


9. CONSUMER USE ONLY

Products sold by Rbit Global are intended for end users only. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected to be placed for unauthorized resale.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

No returns are accepted except in cases where the internal thermal paste syringe is physically damaged upon delivery. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.

Improper application, misuse, or incorrect storage of the product is solely the responsibility of the user.
